Thanks for t.lne opportunily to comment on the issue of position limits for
precious met.als. Please establish position limits in COMEX silver of no more
than 1500 contracts. Please restrict any hedgi~ag exemptions from [hose
limits ~o legitimate hedgers. Please stop the ievels of co~tcentration in
COMEX silver futures lha[ have bc(:n experienced over ~he past few years on
the short side of the market.
Please sir, don't allow
