silver speculative position limits 1500 contracts
Dear Sir/Madam,
Following the very useful public hearing and pursuant to your invitation to make comments may I suggest a limit
for speculative Silver contracts be placed at 1500? With the sole exception being for LEGITIMATE hedgers.
May I further add that the massive,concentrated short positions on Comex silver be dismantled asap?
