Af(er many months of writing about this and related subjects, there can now be no question
about the truth of gross manipulation in silver. Please establish a speculative position limit in
COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. Also, please restrict any hedging exemptions
from those limits to LEGITIMATE hedgers. Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX
silver futures that have been experienced over the years on the SHORT side of the market.
Thousands will be watching to see if you are really REAL.
