    Dear Sir;
    Thank for the opportunity to comment on the issue regarding silver position limits, exemptions to those limits and
    concentration.
    Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. Please restrict any
    hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX
    silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
    This is basicaly a cut/paste from Theodore Butler's writings. You will probably receive many very
    similar emails as he is the person in the for front on this issue, and is truly held in high regards for all the
    work he has done in regards to these issue.
    Sincerely,
    Trent O'Hearn
