Dear Sir's, As the american public would agree we urgently need postion limits on precious
metals contracts. We would like speculative position limits in Comex silver at no more than
1500 contracts. And restrictions on hedging exemptions for those limits to legitimate hedgers.
Please put a stop to concentration on the Comex silver futures. It would be in the best interest
for all precious metals markets.
