I want to thank you for holding the recent meetings regarding position limits in the Comex silver market. I strongly
encourage you to establish position limits in this market in order to control the concentration of short positions that
have controlled this market for too many years. It is essential for free markets that any attempts to control via,
concentration, be eliminated and the evidence supports that over recent years the short side of the markets has
been controlled due to the lack of position limits. Please restore the free market by establishing position limits.
