Dear Sir:
This relates to the invitation for public comment on the hearing just conducted about position limits in silver. I
am not smart enough to know what the correct position limit is for silver but I am smart enough to know that the
current situation is not right. It is within your power to set an effective position limit with exemptions only for
legitimate hedgers. It is wrong, on many levels, that one entity has such a huge position.
