Thank you for investigating the problems of position limits for PM's.
I ask you to limit speculative position limits in COMEX silver and stop
the concentration in the COMEX short silver futures. Excessive
speculation and concentration, underminng the liability of the COMEX
futures market, is in my opninion so dangerous for the financial system
in the world. Your responsability in this matter reaches beyond
imagination. May I wish you a strong and honest judgement.
