Please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver contracts. Please stop the levels of short
concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years. This short
manipulation has gone on far to long and exists in no other commodity. Thanks in advance for putting a stop to
this COMX CRIME.
