Thank for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals.
I urge you to please establish a speculative position limit in COMEX silver of a maximum of 1500 contracts and restrict
hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers.
Also, please prevent the massive levels of concentration that have existed for several years .on the short side of the market in
COMEX silver futures
