position limits
Dear Sir;
Please establish a spec position limits in COMEX silver and gold of no more than 1500 contracts. No exceptions should
occur for large FDIC bank investors.
There is a need to restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legit hedgers.
concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market
needs to stop.
