Speculative Limits
Dear Sir;
I would like to comment on the issue of position limits for precious
metals.
It is IMPERATIVE that there IMMEDIATELY be established a speculative
position limit in COMEX silver to no more than 1500 contracts; defining
and restricting those limits only to legitimate hedgers.
Please stop the concerted short selling in COMEX silver futures that
we've experienced over the past few months.
