Thanks for the possibility to say a few words on the issue of position limits for precious metals. Please establish
a speculation limit in Comex silver of no more than 1500 contracts. If you could restrict any hedging exemptions
to just the legitimate hedgers this would help. By all means please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX
silver futures that have been experienced over the past years on the Short side of the market. Thanks for your
