Position Limits
Gentlemen
I am a Brit but write anyway since the bullion markets ar international.
I respectfully request that you impose position limits on the bullion
banks to safeguard the USA and the World against a failure. Before
assuming that failure is impossible as well as unthinkable I shall
merely cite the case of Mr Madoff.
