Precious Metals Position Limits...
Dear CFTC Commissioners,
Thank for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals. Please establish a
speculative position limit in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. Please restrict any hedging
exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers. Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver
futures that have been experienced over the past few years on the short side of the market.
Thank you, also, for conducting the public hearing on this issue on March 25th. It takes great courage to
stand up for what is right and the members of the commission have shown that courage as was promised
in one of your previous communications to me. I highly commend everyone for their efforts.
Please continue to pursue what is right and restore the word "free" in "free markets". The world is
watching...
