Metals Hearing
Manipulation
Dear Sir or Ms.,
Thanks for the opportunity to comment on this issue.
I am not a trader and I do not indulge in futures, options, or other leveraged financial instruments, but
the scope and enormity of this illegal activity forces me to make the following statement.
Andrew Maguire has risked his life and limb to expose the dishonest and illegal manipulation in the
precious metals markets, and his actions have shown clearly that there is massive manipulation going
on. The fact that he has and may continue to experience attacks on his person and his family would
indicate that there are forces in play that will stop at nothing, including intimidation and murder in order
to continue their illegal activities, which involve robbing honest traders of their rightful gains.
In my opinion, this is clearly an area where government must intervene, and use whatever regulatory or
other force necessary to get these people to play by the rules. I respectfully ask you to exercise the
powers granted you by the American people to achieve this end.
