Silver (PM) Manipulation
I want to commend the Commission for the hearing that took place on March 25th, however, I am concerned
about the Commission following through and actually addressing the issues. The massive short positions and the
concentrations in a few entities ("4 or less") is not justified. In addition, implementing position limits but then
exempting entities that are not LEGITIMATE hedgers will circumvent the purpose of the entire process.
Commission, thank you for your consideration and finish the job: implement position limits and concentrations.
