Metals Hearing
Precious metals position limits
Sirs: I applaud the fact that you finally held public hearings on the issue
of position limits in the precious metal sector. Please do not miss the
opportunity to impose restrictions on speculators/institutions who choose to
contribute to market manipulation through excessive short positions. The
concentration of positions by a very few is obvious and should be prevented.
