Metals Hearing
silver contract limits
Secretary of the Commission
Commodity Future Trading Commission
Dear Sir;
I would like to appeal to you once again to please enforce speculative trading limits of
1500
contracts on silver
traders who have misused their exemptions in ways to manipulate these markets.
Over the past years and especially the last weeks more and more ordinary citizens have become
painfully aware
of the criminogenic atmosphere that exists at Wall St. You have the power to actually do
something significant
to bring order and fairness back to these markets.
To allow this crime in progress to continue when it is your job to stop it can only be viewed as an
accomplice to
the crime itself.
Yours truly,
Darryl Bruns
