Metals Hearing
Position Limits
Please record this request that the CFTC establish and enforce position limits where appropriate, but especially with gold and
silver. The limit on silver should be around 1500 contracts.
Even more important is to enforce compliance. It's totally ridiculous to have JPMorgan able to short at will to knock the price
down.
