Metals Hearing
METALS TRADING
Dear Sir,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the recent metals hearing. Please establish speculative
position limits and restrict any hedging exemptions to legitimate hedges. Stop the concentration in
COMEX silver futures which have built up on the short side of the market.
I am a small investor in several mining companies and would like to have a level playing field.
