position limits
Hello sir: I would like to comment on position limits for precious metals. I feel you must establish a speculative
position limits in COMEX silver of no more than 1500 contracts. At the same time restrict any hedging
exemptions from those limits as well, to legitimate hedgers. I would urge you to please stop the levels of
concentration in COMEX silver futures that we have seen over the past few years on the short side of the
market.
