I support the continued growth of regulated prediction markets. I am especially encouraged by the emerging business use cases, including forecasting, risk management, and better information aggregation. I urge the CFTC not to adopt rules that unnecessarily block or slow the development of this market. The better path is clear federal oversight and consumer protections, not broad restrictions that prevent innovation.
