I don't understand why removing reporting would ever make sense when there's known to be so much insider trading these days. This will simply hide and make it harder to know who the bad actors are.
Rules and proposals like this one are why the public keeps losing trust in their government. Make changes that help the public, not businesses or bad actors.This is driving inflation and rewarding the maligned actors that need to be brought to justice. Not further enriched.
