Predict markets should be prohibited under all circumstances
from basing their activities on the following: any/all
Federal contracts;
defense industry research-production-delivery actions;
International trade, boundary, or systemic military
defense agreement; executive or legislative based
actions by Federal, State or local governmental systems;
medical research, new/improved medications/medical procedures;
any and all local governmental operations related to public:
education, health, real estate, public works, power
generation.
Prediction markets should have at minimum the
public oversight equivalent required for betting
systems such as: lottery, casino/gaming operations,
racing track betting.
