Dear Chairman and Commissioners,
My name is Leo Xu, and I'm a student who trades a bit on Kalshi. I believe it brings real informational value as weve seen across various large and small events. I think its good to know the odds of things happening in this world, and works much better than polls, news, or any given expert.
I also think that putting the ban on this wouldnt stop this betting from going on, as vpn access seems really easy. Please also create reasonable tax guidance on this as there is none right now.
