Dear Chairman and Commissioners,
My name is Test User, and I'm writing to express my support for proportionate regulation of prediction markets in response to the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Prediction Markets (91 FR 12516).
I support these markets because they produce more accurate forecasts than polls and pundits, and the prices offer information you can't get anywhere else. As an everyday citizen, I believe democratized access to these markets is a feature, not a bug.
I urge the CFTC to support proportionate, targeted regulation rather than broad bans.
