Vitruvitas submits the attached comment letter in response to the Commission's proposed rulemaking on Prediction Markets (91 FR 12516). The comment proposes recognition of Individual Performance Metrics as Exempt Commodities under CEA § 1a(9) and § 3(b), and sets forth a framework for a Designated Contract Market offering Professional Performance Binary Swap contracts referencing objectively measured individual performance data.
