    To the CFTC:

Kalshi is desperate and sleazy. A Kalshi employee named Nicolas Hull emailed a friend of mine begging for pro-prediction market comments to be submitted to the CFTC and even built an AI tool to spam them. After the FBI raided Polymarket CEO’s home, Kalshi paid influencers like Antonio Brown over $3,000 to smear him on social media. Classy.

As a user, this platform has wrecked my mental health. They aggressively target young people and college students while raking in fees and pumping their valuation to $22 billion so their founders can get even more filthy rich. Their support is nonexistent, and they act like they’re above the law and every state they operate in.

It’s time to regulate the hell out of these parasites. Treat them like the predatory gambling operation they are and rein them in hard.

    Enough is enough.
