I have been an active user of prediction markets on Kalshi for a little under a year. I've been fairly succesful in trading on their markets and have been overall satisfied with the general running of their platform. This has also given me the opportunity to become more knowledgable in different areas, primarily politics. While there is still more work to be done, I'm happy to see that there is more enforcement action being taken on instances of insider trading while at the same time establishing markets that are compliant with federal regulations.
I'm looking forward to future developments in regulations that will continue to allow users like myself to use prediction markets and see how prediction markets evolve over time.
