Dear Chairman and Commissioners,
My name is Nick Mauch, and I'm just an everyday citizen from North Dakota. I'm writing to share my thoughts on the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Prediction Markets, as published in 91 FR 12516. I've used prediction markets a few times myself, and I believe they should regulate the heck out of them. It’s basically gambling, many people don’t know what they’re betting on. Mention markets are a complete scam, this should not be allowed to be bet on. Just my opinion.
