Everything about the prediction markets is corrosive to society, and even a child can spot the problems with allowing bets on public events. This is before even getting into the "market makers" working in the background, or the hidden group putting down tokens to weigh in on what is "true".
Michael Selig is abdicating his responsibility in regulating these companies to the point of complicity, and is, in my view, plainly and openly corrupt.
