These "prediction markets" are very obviously and blatantly unregulated gambling systems that prey on the vulnerable. At the very least, these MUST be regulated, at least to stop the corruption of insider betting and try those who have committed real crimes.
If these markets are allowed to continue unimpeded, it will only serve to aid in America's descent into a country of degenerate scams.
