This agency collection should be revised due to compliance issues. CFTC is not associated with rule making and the OMB identification number is not correct or associated with the OMB master number.
Conflicts of interest systems, procedures and information pertinent to OMB management systems should be reported to the Commission. The Commission should have the authority to report and review the findings of the report to the appropriate authorities to make necessary adjustments for compliance, including appropriate measures that require confidentiality.
