position limits, recent hearing
Dear Sir;
Thank for the opportunity to comment on the issue of position limits for precious metals.
Please establish a reasonable speculative position limit in COMEX silver.
Please restrict any hedging exemptions from those limits to legitimate hedgers, producers and users for example,
not banks, hedge funds and other speculators.
Please stop the levels of concentration in COMEX silver futures that have been seen over the past few years on
the short side of the market. Really it's bizarre and ludicrous that you haven't stepped in before now, as the
concentration is obvious to anyone paying the slightest attention.
