Position Limits on Silver
While not a citizen of your country, I am, however, adversely affected by the excessive abuse of fair trading
practices by certain large banks and brokerage houses in the US. This is true in the trading of COMEX silver
futures ( and Gold futures) and is particularly evident in the short side of the market. I would recommend to you
that speculative position limits should be restricted, with NO exceptions, to 1000 contracts.
